Warranty:  SiteSource extends the Manufacturers' published product warranty to all items.  Warranties differ for each item (Contact SiteSource for specific warranty information.)

Returns/Restocking: 25% of net orders over $2,500. No restocking fee for orders between $100 and $2,500.

Order Cancellation: No cost prior to production.  After production has begun, only actual cost incurred will be billed to customer if merchandise cannot be resold within six months.
